🚀 Senior Account Manager International Tech Services - 3.500 € gross/month 📍 Madeira, Portugal We are building our international client and delivery hub in Madeira.

The , expanding teams, increasing deal size.

This is a high-ownership role at the core of the business.

You don’t manage accounts.

You own them — commercially and operationally. 🎯 Role You are the owner of your accounts.

You manage the full lifecycle:

  • Client relationship
  • Commercial performance
  • Delivery alignment You operate between clients and execution.

You are responsible for keeping both aligned as the company scales. âš¡ What You Do Clients

  • Own relationships with international clients
  • Lead communication, decisions, escalations
  • Build long-term partnerships Commercial
  • Drive growth inside your accounts
  • Lead pricing, scope, and contract discussions
  • Own renewals and expansion
  • Protect margins and structure Delivery Interface
  • Act as the bridge between clients and technical teams / s
  • Ensure clarity on scope, priorities, timelines
  • Keep execution aligned with expectations
  • Step in when delivery is at risk Execution Control
  • Work closely with Operations and assigned teams
  • Ensure continuity and stability of delivery
  • Identify issues early and resolve fast Performance
  • Track revenue, retention, client health
  • Identify growth opportunities and act on them
  • Contribute to scaling accounts as the business grows 🧠Profile

  • Comfortable in fast growth environments You have:
  • 5+ years in Account Management / B2B / Client-facing roles
  • Experience with international clients
  • Tech services / outsourcing background = strong plus
