Senior Advisor

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Advisor to support strategic delivery initiatives across the Nordic region.

This role is ideal for a senior professional with strong stakeholder management, organizational change expertise, and a deep understanding of Nordic culture and working practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the setup of local delivery structures and work closely with the client to finalize operational models.

Review, assess, and guide selected candidates across Sweden, Finland, and Norway, ensuring alignment with country-specific security requirements and guidelines.

Provide advisory support on organizational change management, helping drive smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.

Deliver individual coaching to the , with a focus on Nordic culture, communication styles, and business practices.

Act as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and client stakeholders across the region.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a Senior Advisor, Consulting, or Leadership role within complex international environments.

Strong background in organizational change management and transformation initiatives.

Experience working with or within Nordic countries (Norway, Sweden, Finland).

Knowledge of regional security expectations and compliance considerations is a strong advantage.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience in coaching and mentoring senior teams.

Deep understanding of Nordic culture and business practices.

Fluency in English; knowledge of a Nordic language is a plus.

Nice to Have:

Experience in large-scale program or delivery setup.

Background in consultancy or client-facing advisory roles.

Cross-border team coordination experience.
