The Challenge:

Develop, maintain, and support AI-driven solutions using NLP, statistical methods, and supervised/unsupervised learning algorithms.

Contribute to improving search efficiency, content creation, customer experience, and data-driven product innovation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build machine learning applications and products.

Identify suitable datasets and manage data annotation processes for ML models.

Perform iterative model training, evaluation experiments, and statistical analysis of results.

Apply experimentation and rapid prototyping to solve problems from different perspectives.

Stay up to date with the latest AI technologies, research, and industry trends.

Translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for different stakeholders.

What you bring to the table:

4+ years of experience as an Software Engineer with hands-on or exposure to AI.

Fluency in English.

Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in Scala and experience with Scala Play Framework.

Experience in Python.

Advanced experience with Elasticsearch.

Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.

Solid knowledge of AI techniques such as NLP, classification, clustering, optimization, and deep learning.

Strong understanding of the mathematical foundations and real-world trade-offs of AI models.

Knowledge of data structures, semantic extraction, and text representation in NLP contexts.

Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) is a plus.
