Senior AI Engineer Consultant

Lisbon | Financial Sector | Hybrid (3–4 days/week on-site)

Role Mission

Design and deliver AI-powered solutions — with a strong focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models — transforming business needs into scalable, high-impact products within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Build production-ready AI/GenAI solutions (e.g., chatbots, report generation, automated insights);

Design AI services and components, including integrations with internal and external systems;

Contribute to defining architectures and standards for a shared AI platform;

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations teams;

Promote engineering best practices around performance, security, and reliability.

Profile

Strong software engineering background (backend), with Python;

Hands-on experience delivering AI / Generative AI / LLM solutions in production;

Knowledge of AI frameworks, libraries, and model integration patterns;

Experience with at least one major cloud provider;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;

Professional fluency in English.
