Senior AI & Solution Architect

The Role

We are looking for a senior architectural leader — experienced enough to design enterprise-grade systems, but hands-on enough to turn architecture into reality.

This role requires active technical contribution.

We expect you to define core technical foundations and contribute directly to implementation when needed.

This is not a pure AI research role.

This is not a generic solution architect role.

It is a hybrid position for someone who:

Has a strong backend and distributed systems foundation

Understands full-stack systems and enterprise integration

Has delivered AI solutions into production

Thinks in scalable platforms, not isolated prototypes

Moves confidently between whiteboard architecture, implementation decisions and executive discussions

AI is central — but architectural depth, scalability, integration maturity and production readiness are equally critical.

Your Mission

Design and lead enterprise-grade solutions that combine solid engineering foundations with advanced AI capabilities.

You will:

Architect scalable, resilient and maintainable backend and distributed systems

Design AI-enabled solutions, including RAG and agentic architectures

Embed AI into real enterprise platforms — not standalone experiments

Ensure production readiness: security, observability, governance, performance and cost control

Define reusable solution patterns and accelerators

Support strategic proposals and complex client engagements

Identify and shape AI-driven opportunities that can be transformed into scalable, revenue-generating solutions

Your mission is to bridge strong engineering principles with advanced AI — transforming innovation into reliable, industrialised services.

What We Are Looking For

7+ years in software architecture or enterprise systems

Strong backend engineering and distributed systems experience

Experience designing scalable enterprise platforms

Proven delivery of AI solutions into production

Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines and AI orchestration patterns

Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD

Awareness of security, compliance and GDPR/PII considerations

Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and enterprise clients

Mindset & Soft Skills

Strong commercial awareness and ability to support technical pre-sales engagements

Clear and structured communicator with executive presence

Comfortable engaging with enterprise stakeholders

Ability to influence and guide multidisciplinary teams

Ownership mindset — from architecture to production

Pragmatic thinker who balances innovation with business reality

Builder mentality — capable of structuring without over-bureaucratising
