Must-Have:

+5 years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer

Strong understanding of application and infrastructure architecture for complex, distributed systems

Hands-on experience with AWS services, specifically ECS, EKS, and RDS

Experience with microservices architecture and containerized environments

Proficiency with version control and CI/CD tools, focusing on GitLab and Pipelines

Advanced experience with monitoring and observability tools, preferably Datadog

Knowledge of programming/scripting languages to support operations (Node.js, .NET, or Python)

Experience applying ITIL principles for incident, change, and problem management

Ability to lead critical incident response and perform structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

Proficient level of English

Availability for a hybrid work model: 2 days per week at the office

Would be great if you have:

Bachelor’s degree in informatics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field

Experience developing and maintaining runbooks, operational workflows, and escalation processes

Knowledge of messaging and streaming technologies such as Kafka and RabbitMQ

Experience with Agile methodologies and close collaboration with R&D teams to align operational practices

Relevant certifications in AWS or service management (ITIL)

Focus on continuous improvement and workflow optimization for scalability and resilience
