What we are looking for

Senior-level experience in backend engineering (8+ years preferred);

Strong proficiency in Java or Go;

Solid experience designing and consuming REST APIs (OpenAPI);

Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (Proxmox, VMware, KVM, oVirt, Xen, or similar);

Strong focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability;

Proven unit testing culture and attention to code quality;

High autonomy and ownership mindset;

Fluent level of Portuguese and English (mandatory);

Availability to work remotely in Portugal

Candidates must be residing already in Portugal.
