Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust data architectures to support business objectives and IT strategy.Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and IT teams to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient data solutions.Ensure adherence to best practices in data architecture, including data modeling, data integration, and data governance.Manage the development and maintenance of data models, data flow diagrams, and metadata definitions.Oversee the implementation of data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced data architects and data engineers, fostering a culture of continuousImprovement and innovation.Troubleshoot and resolve complex data architecture issues, optimizing performance and reliability.Work with project managers and stakeholders to accurately forecast man-hours, resource needs, and completion dates for deliverables.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data architecture and apply this knowledge to enhance the organization's data capabilities.Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams involved in data projects.Report on the progress, performance, and impact of data architecture initiatives to senior leadership, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.Minimum of 7 years of experience in data architecture, data management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.Proven experience in developing and implementing data architecture strategies and frameworks, including data modeling, data integration, and data governance.Strong technical background with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex data infrastructures, including cloud environments, big data platforms, and data warehousing solutions.Demonstrated ability to develop and enforce data architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure system scalability, reliability, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.Experience with data architecture modeling tools and frameworks such as TOGAF and ArchiMate.Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies and their application in data architecture.Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
