Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations.

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Main Technical Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field;
  • More than 9 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Technical stack: Spark, Python, Hadoop, Hive, SQL, Linux, API, Kafka;
  • Solid experience in software development, CI/CD;
  • Optimization and performance improvement experience will be a plus;
  • Familiarity with DevOps concepts;
  • Experience with Source Code Management (Git);
  • Experience with Build - XL Release;
  • Experience with Deploy - XL Deploy;
  • Experience with Scheduling – CTRL-M.

Other Requirements:

  • Good level of English - minimum B2 (mandatory);
  • Positive and collaborative mindset;
  • Ability to work in an international and distributed team;
  • Autonomy, organization, and prioritizing skills;
  • Willingness to learn and share knowledge;
  • Innovative thinking and proactive attitude;
  • Knowledge of French is highly valued (but not mandatory).
