Perks of becoming a Rhino: - You'll get a welcome kit - Opportunities for career progression - Live on the edge with our health insurance - Coverflex meal card - Other protocols and special discounts For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills: - More than 6 years of experience as a DBA - Strong experience with SQL Server administration in production environments - Experience with SQL Server upgrades, migrations and platform refreshes - Solid skills in T-SQL scripting and basic PowerShell for automation - Experience with performance monitoring, tuning and query optimization - Hands-on experience with high availability solutions (AlwaysOn, replication) - Experience with backups, restores and database maintenance plans - Ability to support production incidents and user requests - Good understanding of database security, availability and reliability - Experience working with development teams to improve SQL code quality - Exposure to cloud environments (preferably Azure) - Knowledge of .NET, C#, Angular, Rust is a plus - French B2 (mandatory) - English B2 or Portuguese B2 - Availability for a hybrid work model, 2 times a week in the Lisbon office (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit).
