About

the role

As a Senior Developer, you will be a key technical reference in our Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects.

You will drive solution design, ensure technical quality and mentor more junior team members.

You will act as a senior technical partner in architecture discussions and client engagements.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Lead the technical design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions across modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Field Service.
  • Design and develop complex customizations: plugins, custom workflow activities, advanced JavaScript, Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
  • Define and implement integration patterns using Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus) and REST APIs.
  • Contribute to solution architecture, non-functional requirements and overall technical strategy together with the Tech Lead and architects.
  • Ensure best practices, coding standards and performance guidelines are followed across the team.
  • Support and refine CI/CD processes, ALM practices and environment strategy for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis and propose long-term improvements.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, perform code reviews and share knowledge with the team.
  • Participate in client workshops, provide technical input in pre-sales discussions and support effort estimations when needed.

What we are looking for:

  • 5 or more years of experience designing and implementing solutions on Dynamics 365 CE / CRM and Power Platform.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript or TypeScript, and experience with complex plugins, custom workflows and client-side extensions.
  • Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE architecture, security model, customization model and performance considerations.
  • Solid experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and integration scenarios using Azure services and APIs.
  • Practical experience with DevOps practices, including source control, branching strategies, automated builds and deployments.
  • Experience guiding or leading technical teams or workstreams, even if not in a formal management role.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform certifications are highly valued.
