Lisbon or Porto-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 remote days per week).

As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will be working for our client, a leader in the financial industry, dedicated to transforming banking services through cutting-edge digital solutions.

Join a forward-thinking team and contribute to building high-performance, reliable web applications that redefine customer experiences while advancing your career in a dynamic environment.

Your main responsibilities:

Implement and maintain sophisticated front-end web applications using Angular, React, or VUE frameworks

Build, optimize, and sustain efficient, reusable, and reliable code to ensure peak performance and responsiveness

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bottlenecks and bugs to enhance application quality

Collaborate on maintaining high standards of code quality and organization

Mentor and coach junior developers to foster continuous improvement within the team

You're ideal for this role if you have:

7+ years of experience in Frontend Development within a professional setting

Expertise in Angular, React, or VUE for frontend development

Experience with C# for backend applications is a plus

Strong knowledge of SOLID principles

Experience in Investment Banking is highly advantageous

Proven coding practices aligned with agile and craftsmanship mindsets

Proficiency in spoken and written English (minimum B2 level)

Hands-on experience with non-relational databases like MongoDB is a plus

Familiarity with WebSockets and DevOps tools such as XL Deploy and XL Release

Experience with GIT as version control and Jira for project management

It is a strong plus if you have:

Certifications or additional skills related to finance or banking technologies

Language Required for the role:

Fluent English, both spoken and written

Eligibility for the role:
