We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Consultant / Tech Lead to join the Web & Digital (Techlab) team within the Group’s IT Department.

The selected professional will be responsible for designing new digital applications and services, leading their technical development, and providing ongoing support to development teams.

The role also includes oversight of run activities for existing applications and continuous improvement of the team’s technical ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Design and architect new applications and digital services, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Lead and supervise end-to-end development activities, guiding developers throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide technical expertise, best practices, and hands-on support to development teams.

Oversee run activities related to existing applications, including monitoring, incident analysis, and technical optimization.

Contribute to the maintenance, evolution, and continuous improvement of the team’s technological ecosystem and development standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Group’s IT landscape.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior IT Consultant, Tech Lead, or similar senior technical role.

Strong background in web and digital application development.

Ability to define technical architectures and drive development teams.

Experience supporting both build and run activities.

Proficiency in French and English (confirmed level).

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
