Michael Page is recruiting a Senior IT Project Manager that will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex IT projects within an manufacturing industry.

This role requires extensive experience in IT project management, ERP implementation and a strong understanding of project methodologies.

They are integrated in a well-established group.

They focus on technological advancements and efficient operational processes.

Based in the North region, they are building an international IT HUB in Portugal.

Description

Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while managing resources effectively.

Coordinate cross-functional teams within the industrial/manufacturing industry to ensure project success.

Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Monitor project performance and implement necessary changes to improve outcomes.

Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT project management.

Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the Technology department.

Profile

A successful Senior IT Project Manager should have:

At least 7 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing industry.

Experience in ERP Implementation (e.g.

Dynamics 365) and software integration projects.

Relevant certifications such as PMI, Prince2, or IPMA are advantageous.

Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

In-depth understanding of IT systems and their application in industrial/manufacturing processes.
