Lisbon-based opportunity with a remote work model (up to 2 days per week).

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading organization in the banking sector dedicated to leveraging technology to redefine financial services.

You will play a pivotal role in managing high-impact software projects, empowering teams, and fostering agile excellence to deliver innovative solutions that shape the future of banking.

This is a chance to elevate your career by leading with purpose and strategic vision.

Your main responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate software projects, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.

Manage and motivate cross-functional teams, overseeing resources and performance.

Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to plan, track, and optimize project functionalities.

Interact with IT and business stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.

Create, monitor, and analyze KPIs to measure project success and continuous improvement.

Maintain project documentation and communicate effectively across all levels.

Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to mitigate potential issues.

Manage delivery timelines, budgets, and compliance standards effectively.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

5+ years of experience in software project and team management within a senior role.

Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and best practices.

Proven track record in delivery management and stakeholder communication.

Proficiency in JIRA and project planning tools.

Experience working within banking or financial sectors (preferred).

Technical background or familiarity with banking systems (nice to have).

PMI certification or equivalent (a plus).

Language Required for the role:

Fluent in English and French.

Eligibility for the role:
