Lisbon-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 remote days per week).

As a Senior Java/Angular Tech Lead, you will be working for our client, one of the largest banks in the world, within their global Payment Technology team.

You will play a key role in developing a cutting-edge platform that drives digital banking excellence, shaping the future of financial services and enabling seamless digital experiences for millions of users.

Your main responsibilities:

Lead the development of new applications and enhancements to existing banking systems.

Collaborate with global cross-functional teams on system design and architecture.

Perform testing, support, and troubleshooting of platform functionalities.

Conduct code and design reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality standards.

Drive technical excellence by mentoring team members and sharing expertise.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

At least 5 years of Java programming experience.

Strong proficiency with Angular.

Experience working with relational data platforms.

Expertise in multi-threading and parallel task programming.

Fluency in English and French.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

Certification in related financial or technology fields.

Additional experience with cloud platforms or microservices architecture.

Language Required for the role:

Fluency in English and French.
