As a Senior Manual QA Tester, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the software testing industry dedicated to delivering flawless digital solutions.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of cutting-edge applications, contributing to client satisfaction and technical innovation.

Your main responsibilities:

Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases to verify software functionality and performance.

Utilize SQL to validate data integrity and facilitate thorough testing.

Record, track, and manage bugs and issues using JIRA, ensuring clear communication and resolution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams through Confluence, documenting testing procedures and results.

Apply analytical and critical thinking to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality issues.

Work usly with a proactive attitude, managing your workload efficiently.

Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Demonstrate curiosity, creativity, and organization to continuously improve testing processes.

Adapt to changing project requirements with resilience and team spirit.

Manage your time to meet project deadlines, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in manual testing or quality assurance.

Strong knowledge of SQL for data validation.

Practical experience with JIRA and Confluence for test management.

Excellent communication skills in English (communicative level) and French.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Ability to work independently with a high level of organization and rigor.

Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

It is a strong plus if you have:

Experience working in agile environments.

Certifications related to QA or testing methodologies.

Language Required for the role:

English – Communicative level

French – Proficient

Eligibility to work on this role:
