Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Mulesoft Developer to join one of our Nearshore Teams working for international clients accross The Netherlands and other European countries.

What You Will Do

Design, develop and implement APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform;

Collaborate closely with architects and cross-functional teams to define integration best practices;

Ensure code quality, performance optimization and adherence to security standards;

Support and mentor junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and technical excellence within the team;

Contribute to integration lifecycle management, continuous improvement and platform governance;

Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across distributed systems.

What you are like:

Proficient in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API design, RAML, DataWeave and integration patterns;

Experienced in working with REST/SOAP APIs, cloud environments and CI/CD practices;

Skilled in team mentoring, technical guidance or leading development streams;

Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams;

Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities;

Fluent in English (spoken and written), with excellent communication skills.
