We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Senior Process Analyst who can lead us towards optimizing business processes and driving value through automation and process mining. This role requires someone with a passion for process improvement, project management, and cutting-edge automation technologies.

🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Take the lead in improving operational efficiency by analyzing and redesigning complex business processes.
  • Drive the implementation of automated solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of process improvements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of current processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose innovative solutions for optimization.
  • Utilize advanced tools such as BPMN 2.0 modeling, Process Mining, Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Low Code automation, and workflow management systems.

📋 Requisitos

  • At least 2 to 5 years of proven experience in process analysis and redesign, particularly within multi-functional business environments.
  • Strong background in process modeling using BPMN 2.0 standards.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities to interpret business requirements and drive process improvements.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Availability for a hybrid working model based in Lisbon, Portugal.
