What is this challenge about:
Own the product lifecycle, from conception to delivery and ongoing improvements.
Align internal and external stakeholders with the product vision and requirements.
Monitor regulatory changes and market trends to ensure product compliance and competitiveness.
Identify market needs through direct interaction with clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure the value proposition is clearly defined and communicated.
Define and monitor product KPIs to track performance and success.
Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Gather, manage, and prioritize product requirements.
Collaborate with all teams to ensure successful product delivery and project execution.
Define and update the product Business Case and communication plan.
Prepare, validate, and maintain product documentation.
Provide third-line support for business-related product inquiries.

What we are looking for:
+4 experience as a Product Manager in a growth-focused role.
Strong business analysis and analytical skills.
Ability to work usly and results-oriented.
Proven experience in product management (minimum 5 years).
Preferably experience in IT or payments product/service management.
Knowledge of payment systems.Familiarity with problem-solving and solution-design methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking).
Understanding of IT systems and data modeling.
Experience with requirements analysis and functional specifications.
Excellent relational and communication skills.
Living in Lisbon (Hybrid role)
Fluent level of English.
