📋 Descrição da Função

Somosmos em busca de um Senior Product Owner para trabalhar na Lisboa que está ansioso para embarcar num novo desafio!

🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Own the product lifecycle, from conception to delivery and ongoing improvements.
  • Align internal and external stakeholders with the product vision and requirements.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and market trends to ensure product compliance and competitiveness.
  • Identify market needs through direct interaction with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure the value proposition is clearly defined and communicated.
  • Define and monitor product KPIs to track performance and success.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Gather, manage, and prioritize product requirements.
  • Collaborate with all teams to ensure successful product delivery and project execution.
  • Define and update the product Business Case and communication plan.
  • Prepare, validate, and maintain product documentation.
  • Provide third-line support for business-related product inquiries.

📋 Requisitos

  • +4 anos de experiência como Product Manager em um papel de crescimento.
  • Strong business analysis and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work usly and results-oriented.
  • Proven experience in product management (minimum 5 years).
  • Preferably experience in IT or payments product/service management.
  • Knowledge of payment systems. Familiarity with problem-solving and solution-design methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking).
  • Understanding of IT systems and data modeling.
  • Experience with requirements analysis and functional specifications.
  • Excellent relational and communication skills.
  • Living in Lisbon (Hybrid role).
  • Fluent level of English.
