We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead testing initiatives and ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of critical software solutions supporting global logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of testing strategies to ensure software quality, performance, and reliability

Design, create, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on complex product requirements

Perform manual and exploratory testing to identify defects, validate functionality, and ensure a strong user experience

Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating closely with development teams

Mentor and support junior QA team members, contributing to a collaborative learning environment

Work with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery

Design and execute performance tests, analyze results, and recommend improvements to optimize system performance

Qualifications

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Advanced certifications (, ISTQB) are highly desirable

Extensive experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar QA role with strong knowledge of testing methodologies

Advanced proficiency in automated testing tools (, Cypress, JUnit)

Experience with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript

Hands-on experience with performance testing tools

Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to lead QA initiatives and mentor team members

Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments

Familiarity with logistics, invoicing, or supply chain systems is considered an advantage

Fluent English (written and spoken)
