Build next-gen Salesforce solutions that move banking forward—own complex architecture, ship impactful features, and lead with technical excellence.

Location & work model Porto-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 remote days/week).

As a Senior Salesforce Developer – Factory, You’ll join the Salesforce Factory team—an end-to-end transversal group (BA, DEV, and QA) that designs, develops, and supports Salesforce capabilities across all business lines, helping deliver scalable solutions that meet real business needs.

Your main responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of custom applications on the Salesforce platform.

Architect and implement complex Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.

Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams across development and analysis.

Mentor and coach junior developers while performing thorough code reviews.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical designs.

Develop and implement best practices for Salesforce development, integrations, and deployments.

Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce application issues to maintain high system reliability.

Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems (including third-party APIs), and ensure quality through unit and integration testing.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

6+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.

Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, web services, and/or middleware.

Knowledge of Salesforce security and data modeling.

Hands-on experience with Git or similar version control systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive troubleshooting mindset.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and teams.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across projects.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or Technical Architect.

Experience leading teams and providing technical leadership.

Language Required for the role :

Fluent English (spoken and written).

Eligibility for the role :
