Porto-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 remote days/week).

As a Senior Salesforce Developer – Platform Solutions, You’ll join the Salesforce Factory—an international, transversal team (BA, DEV, QA) that develops and supports capabilities used across all Natixis business lines, helping deliver new features and strengthen current tools.

Your main responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of custom applications on the Salesforce platform, delivering scalable platform capabilities for business lines.

Architect and implement complex Salesforce solutions based on business requirements, ensuring maintainability and performance.

Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and analysts.

Mentor and coach junior developers while conducting code reviews to ensure high engineering standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical designs.

Develop and implement best practices for Salesforce development, integration, and deployment.

Troubleshoot and debug issues across Salesforce applications to ensure stable operations.

Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware; write and execute unit and integration tests.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

6+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.

Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware.

Solid knowledge of Salesforce security and data modeling.

Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to production issues.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or Technical Architect.

Proven experience leading teams and providing technical leadership.

Language Required for the role :

Fluent English (spoken and written).
