Senior SAP Functional Consultant - SAP CS or SAP PM

What are we looking for?

3 to 7 years of SAP Functional experience with a strong focus on Customer Service and Plant Maintenance modules, catering to industrial services and after-sales support;

Solid professional experience, ideally 5+ years, in SAP ECC 6.0, specifically with SAP CS OR SAP PM;

Proven expertise in Service Management and Field Service processes, including end-to-end service management (Incident Management, service notifications, orders, billing, contracts, integration with Finance and Controlling);

Ability to perform technical analysis, including debugging ABAP source code and dump analysis, with a good grasp of SAP customizing;

Experience with ITSM support processes, including processing and clarifying support tickets;

Familiarity with project methodologies (e.g., Agile) and tools like Jira and Confluence;

Excellent communication skills in English (C1) - German language skills are a plus;

A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable field of study is highly valued;

Availability to go 3x a week to the office in Porto (Tuesday to Thursday);
