We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual who can leverage their extensive background in system development, particularly with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM), to support the technical team and enhance our client's service delivery experience. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, client-facing skills, and a commitment to excellence.
🎯 Responsabilidades
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) including management and configuration of the FSM module.
- Collaborate with the technical team to support developers in configuring and customizing ServiceNow.
- Possess strong technical architecture skills to understand requirements, design, and review technical solutions.
- Demonstrate strong client-facing capabilities by discussing detailed technical and functional solutions with customer stakeholders.
📋 Requisitos
- More than 5 years of experience in system development.
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM).
- Proven hands-on experience working with ServiceNow FSM.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Availability to work in a hybrid work model.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
