You will join the team responsible for developing a multi-tenant agentic platform that combines structured LLM workflows, tool orchestration, and distributed execution.

The goal is not experimentation — it is delivering production-grade systems capable of operating in demanding public and B2B environments.

This role requires autonomy, technical ownership, and responsibility in architectural decision-making.

You will play a key part in evolving the system from advanced architecture to resilient, scalable infrastructure — ensuring performance, security, confidentiality, and operational robustness at scale.

We are entering a critical phase: scaling users while hardening the system for production-grade reliability.

What You’ll Do

Strengthen the robustness and scalability of an event-driven, multi-tenant architecture

Evolve a product intended to operate at meaningful scale across public and enterprise environments

Design and implement new AI agent capabilities (planning logic, execution orchestration, tool control, reasoning flows)

Improve idempotency, delivery guarantees, and failure handling over Redis Streams and consumer groups

Define and enforce concurrency control, resource isolation, and tenant boundaries

Improve lifecycle management of ephemeral Docker workers

Design safe replay and recovery mechanisms in distributed workflows

Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and secure handling of user data

Contribute to architectural decisions balancing scalability, cost efficiency, and resilience

Help evolve the platform from advanced architecture to battle-tested production system

You will directly influence how the system behaves under real-world load, failure scenarios, and growth.

What We’re Looking For

Core Requirements

7+ years of backend engineering experience, including ownership of systems in production

Proven experience evolving systems into stable, production-grade environments

Real-world experience with distributed systems under load

Strong understanding of:

Concurrency and async programming

Event-driven architectures

Message brokers / streaming systems

Idempotency and retry patterns

Failure modes in distributed systems

Experience with Docker and containerized execution

Experience designing secure, multi-tenant systems

Understanding of security best practices in distributed and multi-tenant systems

AI & Engineering Mindset

Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.)

Experience integrating LLM APIs into production systems

Interest in designing systems where AI components are part of the execution logic — not just UI features

Pragmatic about balancing innovation with reliability

Nice to Have

Experience with Redis Streams

Distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry or similar)

Experience in regulated or public sector environments

Cost-aware architecture design
