As a Senior Splunk Enterprise Monitoring Specialist, you will be working for our client, a global leader in IT innovation delivering cutting-edge solutions and services.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting and enhancing enterprise monitoring infrastructure, enabling organizations to transform their operational insights and drive strategic decisions.

Your main responsibilities:

Support and optimize various monitoring tools: Splunk, Opentelemetry, Cribl, Solarwinds, Dynatrace

Automate routine tasks and processes using Ansible to improve operational efficiency

Collaborate with development and production teams to migrate to the new Splunk (Enterprise and ITSI) platform, including dashboard and metric creation

Propose and implement improvements to tools, processes, and KPIs for enhanced performance and insights

You're ideal for this role if you have:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT Operations and Monitoring

Expertise in Splunk Enterprise and Splunk ITSI

Knowledge of Cribl and capacity to build impactful dashboards

Proficiency in English (Fluent level)

Experience with automation tools like Ansible

Ability to support migration and improve monitoring processes

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

Certifications in Splunk or related tools

Experience with OpenTelemetry or similar observability solutions

Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Bash

Language Required for the role:

Fluent English
