📋 Descrição da Função

We are seeking a Senior Team Leader / Project Manager to oversee one of our internal development teams as part of a major business digitalization program. This role is specifically for EU citizens and will be based in Brussels.

🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Manage the transition, refactoring, or greenfield development of new business and technical projects within your team.
  • Ensure end-to-end IT delivery from initial customer requests through to final application release.
  • Maintain and manage production applications.
  • Coordinate multiple teams, monitor project activities, report to Program Manager and Department Director, manage escalations, and engage stakeholders for timely, budgeted, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Organize, lead, and develop your team, ensuring staff remain skilled, engaged, and motivated towards defined objectives.

📋 Requisitos

  • Strong knowledge of Project and Program Management methodologies (Prince2) including Scope, Planning, Risk, Budget, Quality, and Stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in Change Management.
  • Ability to abstract and simplify complex information.
  • Good understanding of Lean processes and continuous improvement.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, including developing personal and technical skills within the team.
  • Solution and customer-oriented mindset with strong relationships built with business stakeholders, project stakeholders, and partners.
  • Quick learner with adaptability.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Solid problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt communication style for different audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both business and technical teams.

💰 Condições

  • Horário: 5 dias por semana (das 9h às 17h38).
  • Línguas: Francês ou Holandês - conhecimento ativo do idioma. Inglês - conhecimento ativo para escrita de documentos.
  • Benefícios: Possibilidade de trabalho remoto (trabalhar em casa 3 dias por semana). Baseado em Bruxelas, próximo à estação Sul.
