What is this challenge about:

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and support.

Design and contribute to the implementation of scalable, robust system architectures.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Define and enforce engineering best practices, code quality standards, and architectural guidelines.

Conduct code reviews and promote knowledge sharing across the team.

Foster a strong engineering culture focused on quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and scalability challenges, proposing proactive solutions.

Support the adoption of modern development practices, including CI/CD and automated testing.

What we are looking for:

+8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.

Strong proficiency in .NET.

Experience with Microsoft Azure.

Experience with React and Next.js.

Strong understanding of scalable system architecture and microservices.

Solid knowledge of version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and testing practices.

Experience working in Agile environments.

Proven experience mentoring and coaching engineers.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Living in Portugal (Remote role)

Fluent level of English.
