Join the yellow team as our new Senior UX/UI Designer!

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end design initiatives, from discovery to delivery;

Design and document flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma;

Create and maintain design systems and component libraries;

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate decisions;

Translate complex industrial use cases into simple and effective user experiences;

Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ensure high-quality implementation;

Mentor junior designers and help establish design best practices;

Advocate for the user in product discussions and strategic decisions.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in B2B or SaaS products;

Strong command of Figma and experience building and managing design systems;

A portfolio that shows a clear design process, thoughtful UX decisions, and clean UI;

Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and applying insights;

Ability to work cross-functionally and lead projects from concept to completion;

A good grasp of technical constraints and how design impacts development;

A curious mindset and drive to continuously improve the product and user experience;

Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Important Information:

Hybrid work model: needs to work at the office 4 times per week in Leiria.
