Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to integrate one of our Nearshote Teams working remotely for international clients accross The Netherlands, Germany and other European countries.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into scalable, accessible, and high-quality digital experiences.
What You Will Do
Own end-to-end experience design, from discovery and UX to UI, design systems, and developer handoff;
Plan and run research activities, translating insights into clear user flows, IA, and interaction concepts;
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs with strong attention to quality and scalability;
Build and evolve design systems with a focus on consistency, accessibility, and reusability;
Facilitate workshops and collaborate closely with clients, product, and engineering teams;
Contribute to project estimation, documentation, and high-quality delivery, leveraging AI tools across the design process.
What you are like
Experienced in UX, UI, Product, or Experience Design in enterprise and/or e-commerce contexts;
Strong in user research, insight synthesis, and turning complexity into effective design solutions;
Proficient in wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity UI, and design systems;
Comfortable in client-facing and consulting environments, able to clearly justify design decisions;
Curious and proactive in using AI tools to enhance the design workflow;
Used to mentoring or supporting other designers;
Familiar with native mobile apps and mobile-first design approaches (plus);
Have good communication skills in English - as you will collaborate daily with international teams.
