  • Expertise on an operation role (1 year);
  • Expertise to identify issues and root causes quickly and accurately;
  • Expertise with chatGPT or other generative AI technologies;
  • Expertise of data security and regulatory requirements.
  • Service management expertise (SLA, tickets);
  • Customer oriented expertise;
  • Solution oriented expertise;
  • Azure expertise on web application;
  • Javascript development expertise
  • Very good English skills
