What are we looking for?

• At least 1 year of experience in an operational role
• Strong ability to identify issues and root causes quickly and accurately
• Experience with service management (SLA monitoring, ticket handling, escalations)
• Solid expertise with Azure, particularly web applications
• JavaScript development experience
• Strong knowledge of data security and regulatory requirements
• Experience with ChatGPT or other generative AI technologies
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with GitHub and DevOps practices
• Experience with Terraform and/or Bicep for automated infrastructure deployment
• Problem-solving mindset with good communication skills
