What are we looking for?

At least 1 year of experience in an operational role

Strong ability to identify issues and root causes quickly and accurately

Experience with service management (SLA monitoring, ticket handling, escalations)

Solid expertise with Azure, particularly web applications

JavaScript development experience

Strong knowledge of data security and regulatory requirements

Experience with ChatGPT or other generative AI technologies

Experience with Infrastructure as Code

Experience with GitHub and DevOps practices

Experience with Terraform and/or Bicep for automated infrastructure deployment

Problem-solving mindset with good communication skills

English and French B2 (mandatory)
