What is this challenge about:

Developing, configuring and maintaining the ServiceNow platform to ensure performance, scalability and reliability;

Designing and optimizing workflows, service catalogs, forms, automations and integrations within the ServiceNow ecosystem;

Translating Service Management requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions;

Ensuring platform stability through structured implementations and best practices;

Managing platform updates and upgrades while minimizing risks to production environments;

Troubleshooting complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions;

Contributing to continuous improvement of platform performance, security and operational efficiency;

Supporting automation and innovation initiatives to enhance service delivery.

What we are looking for

+3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar ITSM role;

Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow (workflows, service catalog, integrations);

Experience with scripting (JavaScript) and API integrations;

Good understanding of ITIL and Service Management processes;

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;

Ability to deliver scalable, well-structured and maintainable solutions;

Proactive mindset with strong technical autonomy;

Fluent level of English & Portuguese (mandatory);

Availability to work hybrid 2x per week in Porto

Candidates must be residing already in Portugal.
