Were hiring ServiceNow Senior Developer Location Lisbon | Hybrid model (1 day/week on-site) Sector Enterprise Platforms | Strategic role in ServiceNow Development Contract Permanent contract with our international client Were looking for a ServiceNow Senior Developer to join a long-term project for one of our international clients.

This is a strategic role within a global environment, where youll lead the design and development of scalable ServiceNow solutions that support critical business operations.Your main responsibilities - Lead the design and implementation of advanced ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, IRM, BCM, TPRM, HRSD, CSM, etc.) - Build and optimize workflows, automations, and integrations with external systems (REST, SOAP, JDBC) - Review code and mentor junior and mid-level developers, promoting best practices and development standards - Collaborate with architects and project managers to align technical and functional requirements - Support effort estimation, technical planning, and delivery of ServiceNow projects - Ensure quality, security, and compliance across all developed solutions - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ServiceNow practice What were looking for - Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development - Strong proficiency in JavaScript (server-side and client-side), HTML, CSS, AngularJS/React - Solid experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub - Proven experience with REST/SOAP API integrations - Good understanding of ITIL and ITSM best practices - Advanced English (spoken and written) - Technical leadership, autonomy, and critical thinking Nice to have - ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS in specific modules) - Experience in large-scale projects and multinational environments - Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) Benefits - Competitive salary package - Hybrid work model (only 1 day/week in the Lisbon office) - Meal allowance - Health insurance - Retirement and life insurance - Permanent contract with our client Want to lead impactful ServiceNow initiatives in a global setting?
