📋 Requisitos
Experiência Técnica
- More than 7 years of experience in system development or enterprise platforms.
- At least 4 years of experience with ServiceNow, including deep expertise in Field Service Management (FSM).
- Proven hands-on experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow FSM solutions.
Habilidades Técnicas e de Gestão
- Strong technical architecture skills, including solution design, integration patterns, data modeling, and platform governance.
- Experience leading or mentoring technical teams (developers, admins, analysts).
Comunicação e Clientes
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
