  • Proven hands-on experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow FSM solutions.

Habilidades Técnicas e de Gestão

  • Strong technical architecture skills, including solution design, integration patterns, data modeling, and platform governance.
  • Experience leading or mentoring technical teams (developers, admins, analysts).

Comunicação e Clientes

  • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
