Join the YellowIpe team as our new Software Architect / Senior Developer for Embedded Software in Power Systems C/C++!

🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Develop protection automation and control (PAC) algorithms and applications for Power Systems.
  • Model and simulate realistic power systems.
  • Design PAC algorithms with a focus on full digital substation automation system environments.
  • Validate and simulate the behavior of PAC systems in virtual environments using Matlab / Simscape Electrical / Simulink.
  • Define hardware requirements necessary to support the algorithms and applications.
  • Develop software (C/C++) for real-time embedded systems.
  • Architectural design and development of PAC algorithms and applications on real-time embedded devices.
  • Manage embedded system resource constraints with an application focus.
  • Evaluate and select tools, frameworks, and technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system-level issues.
  • Participate in the complete development cycle, including design, implementation, and testing.
  • Be part of a collaborative, informal, and dynamic R&D team.

📋 Requisitos

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering with a major or minor in Power Systems.
  • 7+ years of experience in research and development.
  • Strong understanding of the structure and operation of energy systems.
  • Passionate about protection, automation, and control of modern energy systems.
  • Excellent C/C++ programming skills.
  • Focus on performance and resource optimization.
  • Knowledge in Matlab / Simscape Electrical / Simulink simulation environments.
  • Teamwork-oriented, self-organized, and results-driven.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for learning.
