We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to join our team and contribute to the design and delivery of scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.

If you enjoy working in dynamic environments and building impactful digital experiences, this role is for you.

Dare to Have:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or similar

3–4 years of experience in Salesforce development

Strong experience with:

Apex (classes, triggers, methods)

Visualforce for custom interfaces

Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura

Solid understanding of SOQL & SOSL

Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth 2.0, Named Credentials)

Knowledge of data handling and large data volumes (LDV)

Hands-on experience with:

CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Gearset, or Copado)

Git and Sandbox environments

Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, permissions, sharing rules, field-level security, Shield Encryption)

English proficiency at C1 level

Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days/week – Tuesday & Thursday)

Nice to Have:

Experience writing test classes with high code coverage (>75%)

Familiarity with debugging tools such as Debug Logs and Developer Console

Strong focus on code quality, performance, and maintainability
