SUMMARY ( POLISH) Rola stacjonarna w rejonie Porto (Portugalia), wsparcie rynku polskiego w obszarze usług drogowych i opłat drogowych.

Kontakt telefoniczny i mailowy w języku polskim (C2) oraz angielskim (B2).

Obsługa zapytań dotyczących opłat, rozliczeń, windykacji należności oraz zasad korzystania z infrastruktury drogowej.

Pełny etat w systemie zmianowym rotacyjnym: poniedziałek–niedziela, 5 dni pracy / 2 dni wolne (rotacyjnie).

Relokacja dostępna, jeśli kandydat nie mieszka już w okolicy.

MAIN JOB DESCRIPTION A.

Required languages: Polish C2 Proficient and English B2 Upper-intermediate (spoken and written).

Environment: Entry-level environment with measured operational and revenue-related targets.

Work authorization: Legal right to work in Portugal (EU passport, EU ID card, or valid work permit).

Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.

THE ROLE First point of contact for heavy vehicles (over 3.5 tons) and logistics companies.

Support on toll usage, payments, and account topics, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Debt-related communication and resolution support within defined procedures.

Case documentation and customer data maintenance in internal systems.

Work aligned with operational KPIs and revenue-related targets.

DAILY TASKS Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails in Polish and English regarding toll usage and payments.

Explain charges, deadlines, procedures, and applicable road usage rules based on internal guidelines.

Manage debt-related conversations, objections, and follow-ups within policy.

Update customer/account data and case notes accurately in internal systems.

Escalate complex cases according to internal procedures.

CANDIDATE PROFILE Mandatory requirements Polish C2 Proficient (spoken and written).

English B2 Upper-intermediate (spoken and written).

Previous customer service experience (phone/email).

Ability to handle debt communication and service-related sales tasks when applicable.

Comfortable working with confidential customer information and following procedures.

Confident using digital tools and internal platforms daily.

Availability for rotating shifts Monday–Sunday (5 working days / 2 days off rotational).

On-site availability in the Porto area (Portugal) or willingness to relocate under the stated rule.

Nice to have Experience in transport, logistics, mobility services, or regulated service environments.

Experience handling payment, billing, or collections-related cases.

NOT A FIT IF Debt communication is not acceptable.

Sales/service add-on tasks are not acceptable.

Rotating shifts and KPI-based work are not acceptable.

On-site work in the Porto area is not possible.

WHAT IS OFFERED Portuguese employment contract with full social security coverage.

Salary (gross/month): With optional company accommodation: €1,000–€1,100 Without accommodation: €1,300–€1,400 22 days paid annual leave + Portuguese public holidays.

Holiday and Christmas bonuses paid monthly as part of salary.

Meal allowance paid on a card.

Health insurance from day one.

Initial training provided.

Relocation support: flight costs reimbursed; optional company accommodation available for eligible international hires (private room in a shared apartment).
