We're seeking a dedicated Supply Officer to join our team, someone crucial to maintaining the seamless operations and exquisite standards that define JNcQUOI House.
Your Role As our Supply Officer, you'll be at the heart of our operational efficiency, ensuring all departments have the resources they need to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Your responsibilities will include: Inventory Management: Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of all hotel supplies, from food and beverage to linens and operational equipment, ensuring accurate stock levels.
Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of all incoming goods to ensure they meet JNcQUOI House's stringent quality standards and specifications.
Supplier Relations: Work closely with the Purchasing team and various suppliers, managing deliveries, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Organization & Efficiency: Maintain a meticulously organized and secure storeroom, implementing efficient systems for stock rotation, labeling, and accessibility.
Cost Control Support: Assist in monitoring inventory costs, identifying potential savings, and minimizing waste to contribute to overall financial efficiency.
You Are You're a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of supply chain operations, possessing: Relevant Experience: Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain, or a similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel, high-end retail, or fine-dining environment.
Meticulous & Precise: An exceptional eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in stock counts, documentation, and quality checks.
Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to coordinate effectively with various departments and external suppliers.
Problem-Solver: Focused, calm under pressure, and adept at resolving logistical challenges efficiently.
Physically Capable: Able to handle and move goods as required in a storeroom environment.
