Changerefund status in CIC system on a weekly base after confirming payment wasissued
Check andvalidate accessory cost invoices sent by the ASCs
Check andinvestigate reason of “abandoned” product at ASC togetherwith Svc network team
Check andvalidate invoices sent by the ASCs related to budget items TS05, HD01 andHD02
Check andvalidate Dealer Invoices 8G - UTRAD, WResolve, transport and SAT24

Degree in Finance
Preferred Background Knowledge: Controlling (Finance+Admin)
K nowledge: Warranties+Parts
Excel Expert
SAP Intermediate,
M anagement skills
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
Fluency in English;
Advanced MS Office skills;
Strong organizational skills, adaptable to diverse environments and departments;
Quick learner, efficient executor, with a creative and solution-oriented mindset;
Team player with a supportive approach.
