📋 Descrição da Função

We are seeking an Aftersales Assistant for our multinational technological company based in Porto Salvo. This role is part of the support and aftersales team, focusing on ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and accurate processes.

🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Support BPO Team
  • Prepare and update Procedure Manuals and communications, SOBs, SAW, SOP to ASC and internal regarding warranties.
  • Conduct a Sanity Check for warranty bills weekly and monthly closing.
  • Provide support and apply new Warranty logic from EHQ/ECSO and requests from SSC In-House.
  • Address issues with EHQ/ECSO and SSC In-House as well as HQ IT VOC and W VOC.
  • Assist in the implementation of new projects (logics or new systems).
  • Monitor Error codes and Special Codes applied.
  • Communicate legal matters to SELMS regarding Warranty Laws and rules.
  • Support ASC with WB invoice and credit note questions, aging follow-up.
  • Send an Excel file containing WB Customer information to BPO.
  • Apply and publish new procedures from EHQ/ECSO, SSC In-House, Parts W/H.
  • Handle requests from EHQ/ECSO and SSC In-House, HQ IT VOC, and WVOC.
  • Inform ASC of all spare parts price changes weekly.
  • Submit approval for SEIB-PT spare parts purchase orders.
  • Prepare and respond to Audits as needed.
  • Execute Monthly Accruals to be delivered to Finance Team.
  • Support and check with Finance Team and SVC Network colleagues in case of Budget/accrual issues.
  • Address any Cost-related issues with the Finance Team.
  • Assist finance department by identifying invoice PIC.

📋 Requisitos

  • Degree in Finance
  • Preferred Background Knowledge: Controlling (Finance+Admin)
  • Knowledge: Warranties+Parts
  • Expertise in Excel
  • Intermediate SAP skills
  • Management skills
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in English
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Strong organizational and adaptable to diverse environments and departments
  • Quick learner, efficient executor with a creative and solution-oriented mindset
  • Team player with a supportive approach
