  • Respond to customer questions via chat, email, and phone – clearly and kindly.
  • Support French-speaking users with everyday tasks – such as logging in, connecting domains, or publishing a page.
  • Help solve simple issues or escalate when needed – you'll never be alone; there’s always a team to back you up.
  • Collect user feedback and pass it on – your input helps make the platform better for everyone. ✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):
  • Base salary: 1050 € gross x 12 months (or 900 € gross x 14 months) – you choose the payment schedule
  • 80€ gross – project fixed bonus
  • 7,63€ net/day (it’s 167,86€ / month) – Meal allowance – issued as a prepaid card
  • For a shift starting at 6:00, the .01!
  • fixed-term contract for 6 months with the possibility of extension (under Portuguese law), with NO Permanence Clause required!
  • It’s OFFICE BASED position in Lisbon Oriente
  • Work life balance friendly schedule: Monday to Friday – 6:00 – 22:00 -rotating shifts ( 5days/week, 40h per week) with weekends off!

  • You speak perfect French (C2-native)
  • You speak English – at least B2 level
  • You are ready to move to Lisbon or already live there
  • You are customer-oriented and enjoy interacting with people
