We have news for you!

This could be the perfect challenge if you have:

  • +5 years of experience providing support level 1 and 2;
  • Experience resolving incidents and managing RITMs:
  • Expertise in Service Now (mandatory);
  • Experience in ITIL V4 and IPCR Management processes;
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).

Note: hybrid basis in Lisbon (2x por week).
