Principais / Main Responsibilities

Fazer Tempura, Makis, Nigiri e Sashimi conforme os pedidos.

Make Tempura, Makis, Nigiri, and Sashimi as ordered.

Organizar os pedidos (tickets) e trabalhar com a equipe.

Organize tickets and work with the team.

Pedir peixe, legumes e outros produtos quando necessário.

Order fish, vegetables, and other products when needed.

Manter a cozinha limpa e ajudar os colegas.

Keep the kitchen clean and help teammates.

Aprender sobre novos produtos e técnicas japonesas.

Learn about new products and Japanese techniques.

Outras Responsabilidades / Other Responsibilities

Ajudar a liderar a equipe quando o chefe não estiver.

Help lead the team when the chef is not there.

Verificar a qualidade dos ingredientes e pratos.

Check the quality of ingredients and dishes.

Medir temperatura, pH e atualizar o manual HACCP.

Measure temperature, pH, and update the HACCP book.

Cortar peixe e legumes para o sushi e sashimi.

Cut fish and vegetables for sushi and sashimi.

Receber e conferir os produtos entregues.

Receive and check delivered products.

Garantir que a cozinha tenha tudo para o dia.

Make sure the kitchen has everything ready for the day.

Trabalhar com vontade e sempre dar o melhor.
