We are currently seeking a motivated professional to join our Systems Support and Operations team. This role involves maintaining and supporting multiple client environments across various geographies, including platform maintenance, software installation, cloud infrastructure management, and monitoring operations.

🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Maintenance and Support (Level 1 and Level 2): Manage and support the operation of multiple platforms installed at different clients.
  • Software Installation: Configure and install software in client environments.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Operate and manage cloud-based solutions, including SaaS environments.
  • Private Cloud Operations: Handle and support private cloud infrastructures.
  • Monitoring and Incident Resolution: Monitor systems, set up alerts, take preventive actions, and resolve incidents.

📋 Requisitos

  • Education: Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Strong background in systems administration. Hands-on experience with Linux environments, Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenStack.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with ticketing tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Redmine (or similar), and familiarity with public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
