Randstad is recruiting a Team Lead / Senior Java Developer for its Client, Siemens Mobility, that provides integrated Mobility solutions for urban, interurban and logistics for efficient transportation of passengers and goods.

Act as a central communication hub between COC and Sqills.Organize regular team office days and ensure hybrid work policies are respected.Support cross-team initiatives and fosters collaboration.Collaborating on software used to find and book seats for major international travel brands like Eurostar, Renfe, and SNCF.Optimizing the processing of asynchronous requests for high-availability, high-performance components or to put extra effort in securing the processes as much as possible.Improving development pipelines or helping analyze new feature requests.Continuously refactoring code to improve its quality and performance.

Previous experience in team leadership (preferrable) within a technical or software environment.Strong organizational and mentoring skills.Proactive, collaborative, and people-oriented mindset.Strong interpersonal and organizational communication skills.Proficient in English.
