We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join our team in Stockholm, focusing on .NET technologies and production support.

This role is ideal for a strong technical leader with a solid background in support operations, incident management, and ensuring service reliability in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead L2/L3 production support activities, ensuring system stability and high availability.

Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET).

Manage critical incidents and ensure rapid resolution while minimizing business impact.

Oversee and continuously improve monitoring and observability practices (APM, logs, alerts).

Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management.

Work with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) to manage workflows and service requests.

Coordinate 24/7 operations and ensure smooth collaboration across teams.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Act as the main point of contact for technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer in .NET environments.

Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET).

Solid experience in L2/L3 support and production environments.

Experience with ITIL processes and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.

Strong expertise in incident management, including critical incident handling.

Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (APM, logging, alerting).

Ability to work in a 24/7 support model when required.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Fluency in English.

Nice to Have:

Experience in large-scale or enterprise environments.

Exposure to cloud or hybrid infrastructures.

Continuous improvement and automation mindset.
